Can I ship directly to the convention center?
Yes, Vista Convention Services will be available to accept freight starting Tuesday 03/28/23 from 12:00pm until 4:00pm and 03/29/2023 from 8:00am until 4:00pm

DISMANTLE:
THURSDAY, MARCH 30, 2023 – 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
FRIDAY, MARCH 31, 2023 – 8:00 AM – 12:00 NOON
In regards to setting up the day of the event, please keep in mind that the Showcase opens at 8am.
If you are exhibiting with a booth that requires more than ½ hour to set, we would recommend that you set your exhibit the day prior to the start of this event.

Can I use an outside vendor for my Booth specifications, requirements, or set up?
Yes. Vista Convention Services can supply your Installation and dismantle needs however you may use a signatory Exhibitor Appointed Contractor or an I&D company of your choice. If you are intending on using a non-official contractor, please refer first to the Vista Convention Services packet here to fill out your form.

What is the safety dress code for The Construction Showcase?
Because this is an active construction competition, we ask that attendees, spectators, exhibitors, and sponsors wear closed-toe shoes.
Where do I submit my logo and other graphics to be displayed at The Construction Showcase?
